Following the release of our PMF02, CMF01 and ALF01 accessories, we now introduce the new AMF03 kit. It allows you to combine two of our SR30-D1 or SR15 series pyranometers into a Spectrally Flat Class A/B albedometer, hugely popular for bifacial PV monitoring.

Hukseflux, technology leader in solar radiation sensors, keeps on growing. We have plenty of news in 2019, and kick off with a new product range of accessory brackets for our popular pyranometers, albedometers and net radiometers.

PMF series (PMF01, PMF02,) now offers mounting fixtures for all pyranometers: on a mast, a crossarm, a wall, a frame, measuring horizontally and in Plane of Array (POA), in single or dual setup, with ventilation unit or without. You name it!
AMF / ALF series (AMF02, ALF01) offers albedometer mounting and levelling fixtures, including kits for constructing 1 albedometer out of 2 pyranometers yourself. Albedometers are increasingly popular seen the surge in bifacial PV modules usage. The new CMF01 crossarm mounting fixture allows the mounting of a crossarm to a mast. Ideal for net radiometers, albedometers and SR30, SR15 and SR05 pyranometers combined with PMF01 or their optional tube levelling mounts.

Not only meteorologists and PV monitoring companies use pyranometers. Did you know Hukseflux pyranometers are in use for testing purposes by the most advanced car manufacturers? Hukseflux offers a full range of sensors, systems and services to the automotive industry and was voted "Best Automotive Thermal Management  Supplier 2018" at the recent Automotive Thermal Management International Forum in the U.K. Product examples: the new TCOMSYS01 Hot Cube thermal comfort measuring system for car passenger comfort testing is small enough to fit on the seat of a car. The new SHR02 is a small-size shadow ring, used in combination with a pyranometer to form a "diffusometer", as the new ISO 9060:2018 standard calls it. The ring will prevent direct radiation from reaching the pyranometer from sunrise to sunset, so that the shaded pyranometer measures diffuse radiation only. SHR02 is used with Hukseflux pyranometers such as SR30 and SR20. These models have very low zero offsets, leading to higher accuracy diffuse measurements than attained with competing models.  

The new TCOMSYS01 Hot Cube measuring system is here! The TCOMSYS01 system employs omnidirectional heat flux sensors and dedicated electronics, measuring human thermal comfort according to the new Hot Cube method. It is a new tool for research and education to help understand and quantify “causes and effect” leading to human thermal comfort.
Its applications? Endless: workplace investigations, car passenger comfort testing, bio-meteorology, analysis of fabric insulation, microclimate studies,...

PV monitoring specialists and system integrators will be pleased there is now SR05-D1A3-PV, a perfect alternative for using PV reference cells, and a new addition to our range of next level pyranometers. This sensor offers the same Modbus interface as the most common PV reference cell for easy compatibility. Compared to silicon reference cells, thermopile pyranometers offer several advantages.

With the new SR15 digital pyranometer series, the family of next level solar radiation sensors is now complete! SR15-D1 and SR15-A1, with heater, are the only ISO 9060 first class sensors compliant in their standard configurations with the Class B specifications of IEC 61724-1 for PV monitoring systems.
